The cool shaded kitchen is fully integrated with wooden fitments, Roman Stone mosaic tile floor, ample work surfaces and breakfast bar with two stools. The fully fitted oven, hob, extractor fan/overhead lighting, double sink, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer are all located next to each other with storage cupboards above containing glassware and crockery. Ample cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, tea towels etc are stored in the drawers opposite and above there are more storage cupboards ideal to use as a larder.

A shuttered single French door leads onto the main balcony. At the end of the main balcony is a large utility cupboard which houses the boiler and automatic front loading washing machine. The main balcony (which also serves the twin bedroom and lounge) is very large, affording distant views of the Vatican City. It is not overlooked and is ideal for private sunbathing. This balcony also has full length retractable canvas blinds offering further privacy and shade from the sun.
