GRAPHIC DESIGNER'S BRIEF: Design a glossy A4 double-folded sales brochure for a Spanish property sales company to give to prospective clients and hand out at exhibitions. it required a background image flow through all pages and had to incorporate space for a business card to be attached. Also the brochure had to be able to work independently with the third page removed to enable the client to have further brochures printed in the future without the familiarisation visit information on. This could then be used as a folder within which to place individual property sales particulars.
